We work with families, schools, corporations and government agencies to provide quality cross-cultural training and consulting services for those travelling overseas, settling in New Zealand or repatriating.

WHY WE EXIST

We believe that cross-cultural understanding and practice can be the difference between individuals and organizations that succeed in today’s multi-cultural, globalized world and those that fail, and that cross-cultural training is essential if people are to acclimatize as effectively as possible to their new environment.

WHAT WE KNOW

Unhappiness and failure in a foreign posting is typically due to the inability of the accompanying spouse and children to adapt to their new host country’s culture and environment.

If a foreign hire decides to cut a contract short and return home, companies can find themselves having to go through the added expense of recruiting for a replacement, and with this comes a loss of time, productivity and profits.

The emotional impact of cross cultural unhappiness, therefore has a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.
